Products, pricing and availability

All prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every reasonable effort to show accurate prices, descriptions and photographs, but errors can occur, including typographical errors and technical errors relating to pricing or availability. We may correct any pricing error, refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, and change or discontinue any product at any time. Photographs are intended to represent the pieces accurately; screens differ, and knit garments vary slightly from piece to piece.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payment terms

By submitting an order you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including any shipping charges. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All prices shown are the final price you pay — any applicable sales tax is already included in the listed price. No additional sales tax is added at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping Policy page and reflect our usual handling and transit times; they are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss for the products you buy pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect address information provided by you, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it for eligibility, timeframes and the return process.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, product photography, descriptions and the overall look and design of the Site — belongs to ESPINOZA TECHNOLOGIES LLC or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

User-submitted content

If you submit a product review, comment or other content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant ESPINOZA TECHNOLOGIES LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the store. You confirm that any User Content is your own work, does not infringe anyone else's rights and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful material. We may remove or decline to publish any User Content at our discretion.

Governing law and disputes

You agree that any legal action arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Hopkins County, Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ESPINOZA TECHNOLOGIES LLC regarding your use of the Site and replace any earlier agreements relating to the Site.
