Thin teal lines crisscross a black upper split into darker geometric panels, with US COAST GUARD in teal on each side. A rating badge with red chevrons and the service years sit near the heel, a sample name (JONHSON) in teal shows the tongue placement, and the Coast Guard seal is on the toe.
