Teal and white checkered arrows race toward black corner blocks on this Coast Guard design. "U.S. COAST GUARD" with 1967 - 1989 sits in the middle of each side, a rating badge with red chevrons is on the black heel block, the seal is framed by white bands on the toe, and the name runs across the striped tongue.
