U.S. AIR FORCE PROUDLY SERVED is lettered in gold beside gilded eagle wings, blue-and-white stripes and the years 1965-1971 sit near the heel, a pale blue-and-white flag wave decorates the heel, and the Air Force seal is on the toe while the name tops the tongue.
