Steel-blue and black panels curve around a white flash on each side, lettered "U.S. AIR FORCE" and "PROUDLY SERVED". The blue enlisted stripes and 1964 - 1974 sit near the heel, the Air Force seal covers the toe, and a custom name is printed on the blue tongue.
